Auto-Pure series automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument is a high-throughput automatic nucleic acid extraction equipment, the instrument is based on the magnetic bead method to extract nucleic acids, the purification process of pipetting, lysis, washing, elution, the construction of the PCR system and other steps are automatically completed in the workstation, one-stop operation, without human intervention, and can be extracted at the same time 48X1ml (4800/4800M) or 24X10ml (2400/2400M) sample system, compared with the manual extraction, efficient and convenient at the same time, standardised, automated operation steps to avoid human error.
