Auto-Pure S32 Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor is based on magnetic bead method for nucleic acid extraction and purification. It can be used for fully automated extraction and purification of DNA, RNA, and protein, and completes the automated extraction and purification operation through the adsorption, transferring, and releasing of beads by magnetic rods and rod sleeves to achieve the transfer of magnetic beads/samples. The operation is automated and fast and easy, and 1~32 samples can be operated at the same time by using special kits or 96-well plates. With different kinds of magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction reagents, it can achieve rapid extraction of animal and plant tissues, blood and other body fluid samples.
