Fully Automated Nucleic Acid Extractor - Leap-Pure S24/H24

The Leap-Pure S24 is a fully automated nucleic acid extractor that uses the magnetic bead method in combination with pipetting for nucleic acid extraction and purification. In addition to the extraction of routine samples such as blood, animal and plant tissues, the accompanying special consumables can also be used for the full automated extraction of FFPE samples, which can be directly placed into the designated wells. The instrument can be used to transfer samples through the gun head, blowing to achieve the full mixing of samples, and an external magnet to attach magnetic beads to the inner wall of the gun head to achieve the transfer of magnetic beads. The Leap-Pure S24 is designed to process 1 - 2 4 samples at a time, with a strip design and a minimum volume of 20 μL of elution wells (for FFPE samples/1 mL of free nucleic acid).

The Leap-Pure S24 extracts up to 15 mL of sample, and is available in 2 mL, 8 mL, and 15 mL strips, while the Leap-Pure H24, which is only available in 20 mL strips, is available in volumes of 1-24 samples, and does not support any other types of extractions.
