Real-Time PCR - Emos-Gene 600/600A

Modern testing scenarios are faced with the requirements of rapid sample volume increase and decrease, multi-project complex parallelism, and high detection time. Flexible distribution of different assay throughputs can effectively meet these requirements, provided that the peak assay throughput is satisfied.

Emos-Gene series fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument adopts a special design of 3 modules*32 wells, which can run three groups of different assays at the same time or only one assay, and realise the tidal flux, on-demand distribution.Emos-Gene 600 (A) adopts a six-channel design.

Automatic analysis gives negative and positive results, and can meet the needs of qualitative/quantitative, genotyping, isothermal amplification, melting curve and other modes of analysis.

The instrument comes with a 13.3-inch touch screen, which can complete the operation of programme setting, testing, result analysis and report export.

Advanced Ct and image recognition algorithms can achieve result analysis without reference dyes and improve experimental efficiency.

Leading temperature control system

Independent module independent temperature control, high-quality module materials and high-precision module temperature control system combine to ensure the heat conduction effect to achieve excellent temperature uniformity.

Adaptive determination of the height of the hot lid, which can automatically determine the required compression force according to the height of the test tube, improving the sealing and avoiding the volatilisation of reagents.

Fast and reliable optical detection system

Adopting top imaging technology, full aperture optical path detection, fast detection speed, five seconds to complete the detection of three modules, six channels.

The long-life LED light source is equipped with CMOS imaging system and a set of finely adjusted independent filter wheels, which can freely combine channels to cope with multiple detection experiments.

Optical fibre conduction is used to improve fluorescence signal intensity, reduce light conduction loss and eliminate the edge effect of the optical path.
