Auto-Pure 2400M is a high-throughput and fully automated nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument, which, compared with Auto-Pure 2400, can automate the methylation conversion process in addition to the basic functions.

The instrument is based on the magnetic bead method of nucleic acid extraction, and the steps of pipetting, lysis, washing, elution, and construction of PCR system during the purification process are all completed automatically in the workstation, which can extract 24×10 ml sample system at the same time. Compared with manual extraction, human error can be avoided, making the experimental results more reliable and repeatable.

In addition, the full-coverage UV disinfection system and HEPA negative pressure filtration system effectively prevent cross-contamination.
